Planck's "quantum of action" from the photoelectric effect (line separation by defraction grating) with electrometer

Principle: A photocell is illuminated with monochromatic light of different wavelengths. Planck's quantum of action, or Planck's constant h, is determined from the photoelectric voltages measured.
